Tried to move over from another department and was treated well during interview. Was asked good questions about how I could contribute and make the department better. They ended up giving it to an old friend

The process was very easy. Asked basic questions. I’m not sure if they pay much attention to your scheduling needs, however. Just answer honestly, and you will be fine. If you do have any scheduling issues, be sure to tell them so they can adjust your schedule if it suits their needs.
