Sample questions are: Tel me how would you go beyond and above to achieve customer satisfaction. Tell me about your success story on any kind of project. How would you make a customer fell important, valued? How good are you as a team player, etc?
Very simple and straight to the point. Management asks basic get to know you questions but truly wants to know if you are reliable and dependable. They want to ensure you will show up to work.

Was quick and easy! Showed up for hiring event and got hired on the spot! And started working like a week later. Been a good company so far. Spoke with Kiera. She is very nice and understanding.
