I met with the two managers. The first was with a co-manager, I believe. The second was with the ASM. It was a pretty relaxed process and I was just asked a out previous management experience, dealing with difficult situations, where I saw myself within the company. They were your basic management interview questions. After the interview the ASM asked me if I had any questions. After that he explained what the expectations of the job were and offered me the position on the spot. After I accepted the offer the took my information and proceeded with having me fill out background check paperwork. All in all it was a standard interview.

Application process is simple. Applied online and was called for interview in few days. Simple and easy process. Had direct interview with the manager. Asked for availability. After the interview she said will let me know in few days.

First interview is with Assistant Store manager of Front-end,
The final candidates have an interview with Store manager.
Both interviews have different difficulty level and different set of questions.

If a customer is disappointed by the service provided by a cashier and becomes angry about it. How would you handle the situation?
You will be asked just simple behavioral questions that are situation based. Any previous experience will help a lot to navigate through the process. Confidence and positive attitude is required.
