I met the HR Recruiter at a local job fair and pestered her at least once a week. Finally, I got the call to come for an interview? I went to the back of the store into one of the offices. I will apply again in the future though because I think it's a great opportunity. For your interview, learn all you can about the company come prepared to ask questions. Know their mission statement and philosophy , their quarterly report it will tell you a lot and most importantly you can see where the line of questioning will emanate from. After the interview, follow proper protocol follow up with an email thanking them for the interview.
