It will focus on general questions to see if you fit for this position; tell you the logistics(salary, benefits, location, Visa, etc), and then tell you the next steps for the interviews if they think you are a good fit. Last, they will give you some time to ask them if any questions. Round 1 interview will be with the hiring manager; Round 2 interview will be panel interview, normally the hiring manager's boss, and hiring manager's peers; Round 3 interview might be the Analytical interview, depend on the JD Round 4 interview will be the HR salary negotiation.
