I had to do a video interview within 5 days of doing my online application. The questions were written on the screen and I was given 60 seconds to think about an answer. I was given a maximum of 3 minutes to answer each question.

Entrevista
The first interview is an online assessment. The first part is a logical reasoning test and a pretty difficult one. It also includes recorded responses from the candidate with no do-overs.

Describe yourself and why are you interested in this position.
First round consisted of a short pattern recognition test and online video interview assessment consisting of 5 questions. The pattern recognition test was pretty short, about 15 mins if I remember correctly, and the video interview was fairly standard, with two minute answers.

Hirevue interview. Series of questions asked and answered. Focussed on communication skills and experience in external affairs. Probably about 3 questions, with 2 minutes to answer each one. Still pending to hear whether I was accepted into the scheme
