Entrevista
Was quite rigorous with some practical case scenarios. This in my opinion helps assess the interviewee's knowledge and ability to prove that they have a fair understanding and idea of what the job expectations are. I know people can offer general responses to some of the questions but for a typical practical question, you'll require someone with the required experience
