So many steps and the HR department is not very efficient. First round group business case and one to one interview. Second round with the HR. Third round an interview with the head of the department where you will be placed at the beginning of the program.

The first interview is an online assessment. The first part is a logical reasoning test and a pretty difficult one. It also includes recorded responses from the candidate with no do-overs.

Describe yourself and why are you interested in this position.
First round consisted of a short pattern recognition test and online video interview assessment consisting of 5 questions. The pattern recognition test was pretty short, about 15 mins if I remember correctly, and the video interview was fairly standard, with two minute answers.

Hirevue interview. Series of questions asked and answered. Focussed on communication skills and experience in external affairs. Probably about 3 questions, with 2 minutes to answer each one. Still pending to hear whether I was accepted into the scheme
