Entrevista
The interview went really good. It involved 2 tests on group interaction/Problem solving and a role play on taking a phone call from a customer. I passed the tests successfully but failed on one question. I was given a good feedback on what to do during the next interview in order to pass the test. The staff were really polite and welcoming. The environment was positive, the staff and employees. I really enjoyed being in the interview and going through all the tests.

It was an easy interview. Basic questions were asked about my education my previous work experience and my aspirations for the future in regards with this job position. Nice easy going interviewer

The second interview at the first was Chatting in Arabic then the interview was in german. Normal interview questions
