I got called to get in, interview starts with introduction about myself then few more questions again about my self, after that we go through some points and details concerning the job knowledge and how well I'm informed about it, eventually the commitment part and how much respectful for the job I'd be.

I submitted my application online through the official company website. A few days later, the HR department contacted me to conduct a brief phone screening. Following that, I was invited to their office for a face-to-face personal interview with the team leader. Overall, the process was quite smooth, highly professional, and very well organized.

Professional outlook, overall positive experience. The interview was fully structured, with a quick assessment, the actual interview and a roleplay. They explained in details the position and were open to discussion, by answering clearly all the questions.

The person did not know anything about my CV or did not take the time to go over the job description. I had to wait for the HR representatives to get her affairs in order. While in the interview, she seemed unprofessional and underprepared
