      The online application form was simple enough to complete, then I got asked to complete the assessments and I remember being really confused because when I followed the link in my email it said something about a video interview which wasn't originally specified. I spent days prepping before beginning the interview and then realised I first had to complete Logical and Situational tests before then having to do the video interview. It was fine, but just a bit confusing. The VI was straight-forward enough, I had 5 questions to answer with 30 seconds to prep for each one and 3 minutes to answer. I don't think I used up all 3 minutes for all the questions but again pretty straightforward. I then waited around a month for a response before finding out I would be invited to the assessment centre. This consisted of a welcome presentation, quick-fire networking session with the assessors, individual exercise, 1-1 interview, site tour, and group exercise, in that order. There were about 20 of us so we were split into 5 groups and rotated through the activities for the day, which is why some people did them in a different order to me. The day is quite long to be honest, and by the time we got to the group exercise, we were all really tired but still tried to make a good impression and be motivated. Overall the day was really relaxed, and Vodafone seems like a decent place to work, but the impression I got is that they don't really train their graduates, they just let them figure it out themselves with online training and asking around for anything they need. The campus is massive though and really modern-looking. - Individual exercise: Role play with an assessor to come up with 3 technologies that could be pitched to a client company and suggest which one they should go with. My scenario was all about being environmentally friendly. - 1-1 Interview: Pretty standard, questions below, a lot of them were similar to what I got asked during the VI, and I don't know if this was done on purpose? Lady interviewing me was nice but she kept yawning which put me off. - Group exercise: 15 minutes to prep (just with group), 30 minute discussion, 10 minute presentation both in front of the assessors. Everyone got the same brief but with different emails and each of us had a different "idea" in the emails that we then had to pitch to the rest to decide which one to go with to solve the problem we were all presented with.

      very slow in replying back had to chase them up only to let me know that they had closed all applications due to hitting a limit - then sent me automated rejection which was quite useless

      Assessment centre hr was friendly and welcoming they play music , group task is good not too much pressure, 2 nd task difficult hard to pitch in a very short amount of time can have a challenging time if as interviewer asks questions which can throw you off , it’s like dragons den , final task need star technique lots of examples needed

      Online assessments, video interviews, and then AC. AC day consisted of three parts. They were the group presentation, individual interview and individual conversation exercise. There was also a section to meet and talk with the current graduates.
