Filled in an online application form, followed by a telephone interview where I was asked about my customer service experience, what I knew about vodafone and why i wanted to work there. Was invited to an assessment day where we were given an induction about the role, had individual interviews and then had to complete a roleplay exercise

It was an easy interview. Basic questions were asked about my education my previous work experience and my aspirations for the future in regards with this job position. Nice easy going interviewer

The second interview at the first was Chatting in Arabic then the interview was in german. Normal interview questions
