They used HireVue for the interview where they ask you prerecorded questions and then you record yourself answering them. Before answering a question you have 30 seconds to prepare. After each question you have as much time as you want to proceed to the next one. After 5 questions I had to do some psychometric tests. I did not like the experience talking to my self for a job interview and overall I found it more stressful than a normal face to face interview.
