Overall, a positive experience! Their Newbury office is absolutely beautiful, and everyone that I spoke to on the day (staff and applicants alike) were incredibly friendly and helpful. As other posters have said, their were three tasks which looked at you as part of a team, and you as an individual in a few different ways, and, on the whole, the tasks were quite fun. As one downside, the day did go on a little longer than planned and I think tiredness in the final task really acted against me. Despite this, it was still a positive experience!
