Very long interview process.
phone call interview , then a video interview then a final face to face interview. Took around 2 months. Then another 4 weeks before i started. The interview stages were not too difficult. I got told by the manager they hire depending if they like the person and if they think they will fir into the team.
Thanks for the feedback. The good news is there is a fair bit more that goes into the assessment process than just team fit.

The interview process took 2 weeks. Overall fairly easy interviews, it involved 1 video call interview followed up by face to face interview where you had to sell one product to them and a role play.
If successful they will call you within 2 weeks

Passed video interview, got invited to an assessment stage. It was very awkward at the beginning, while i was waiting for the assessment to start , i was escorted by an employee who lacked manners and was very rude. While being escorted to the room , the employee kept on nagging me to hurry up as if i was wasting their time. They could of been polite by saying "Would you follow this way sir" or "please this way sir" , instead i got a "Come on, this way!".
In terms of the test , the interviewer (manger) was excellent for giving initial feedback after each test which was very useful. Overall interview process was abit too rushed and unorganised.

First you apply online with some "Disagree/Agree" type questions if successful you have a video interview where they give you questions and you record yourself with an answer, the questions themselves are not very difficult. Nice feature with the video recording is that you can hide yourself to make it less awkward, if successful move on to a in person interview. This interview has 3 parts; Part 1 is a brief product Presentation (you have time to prepare for it before the interview). Part 2 you do customer service role-play with the interviewers, where they pretend to be an unhappy customer, and you show how you would handle the situation. The final part is a standard interview with the usual questions for any interview, then they explain the role and perks. I got informed the results the next day!
