Entrevista
1. An applicant has to submit an online application for the position.
2. The HR Representative selects from the pool of applicants based on your qualifications.
3. Selected applicants are asked to answer an online assessment.
4. Applications who passed the online assessment with have an interview with the HR representative.
5. After passing the HR Interview, the interview with the Store Manager follows.
6. The selected candidate then needs to pass the background check.

Didn’t make it past the cognitive assessment was 5 sections in total lots of fill in the gap patter recognition. If you have experience with this format you will do fine.
Was very bad. The manager was hilarious….Hope that they will improve a lot the process of hiring. I had a phone interview with the HR person and was a good conversation but in the second call with the manager was something very strange in her attitude
It felt unprofessional. They didn't prepare with questions for the interview. Tips for HR: stop rolling your eyes when you are in a call with a candidate, also read something related to the job technical aspects if you are planning to stay in the call. maybe you won't be bored anymore if doing so. :)
