basic hr questions regarding subject , personality, confidence.Overall assessment of candidate.I applied online and got opportunity to get shortlisted for group discussion and interview. They had group discussion panel which assessed our qualities and then interview.
Nach dem ersten Telefoninterview wurde man recht zeitnah zum persönlichen Gespräch eingeladen. Danach das übliche kennenlernen und die Fragen nach Motivation etc. - Danach kommt es zu einer weiteren Runde, wo man dann eher auf fachlichen Ebene diskutiert.
