Worst process: I had finished my 2nd turn interview with the case study for Consulting Manager role, after many email sent to HR to know the how it went, when can we schedule the 3rd interview: I had no answers from anyone. I finally had an answer from one RH who told me that everyone inside the HR organization had change position, so one had followed recruitment process and candidates for that job, she gave me the name of the new HR supposedly in charge for this job, I wrote to her more than twice, she never responded. Finally decided to get feedback from one of the managers I had the interview with, about the case study, for which I had spent lot of time, he said he would come back to me by the end of the week and never did... I truly am disappointed in this company and the recruitment process, the absence of follow up and feedback by the HR and the teams, it's a shame!!

Recruiter screen followed by a panel interview testing various skillsets and an opportunity to meet people of various seniority levels through the process. It was set up a standardized process and I received information on what to expect prior to the interviews.
