Waited a week and got a phone call from construction Supervisor. He asked a couple of questions and said he would get back with me. After that drug test, paper work, background check, dot medical exam all in all took a week to get that done. Then was sent to milwaukee, Wisconsin for 5 day class. Which was a good training course then sent to market

The hiring process was two stage phone interview followed by a back round check and drug screen. The recruiter was very honest and easy ti speak with. I felt comfortable asking questions.
