The hiring process was two stage phone interview followed by a back round check and drug screen. The recruiter was very honest and easy ti speak with. I felt comfortable asking questions.

Was Long but detailed. they asked questions that I didnt know anything about. Was Slow and Long but got to the Nitty and gritty. Lots of information. And the Personality was Exciting when speaking with them

Went to the website and applied online. First I received a phone call from hr and had a phone interview. She was very informative of the company and the job. Waited a week and got a phone call from construction Supervisor. He asked a couple of questions and said he would get back with me. After that drug test, paper work, background check, dot medical exam all in all took a week to get that done. Then was sent to milwaukee, Wisconsin for 5 day class. Which was a good training course then sent to market
