The Interview is not with a real person, it is timed, and it makes you nervous. The questions are okay, but unfortunately you aren’t talking to an actual person so it makes it harder to answer.

Entrevista
There was a group discussion followed by shortlisting for personal interview. After shortlisting a break was given for lunch. Personal interview happened on the same day in the afternoon. Results were announced on the next day.
