Hated the hirevue games, don’t see the point of them. Video interview was mostly behavioural questions about managing employees etc. I’m not sure if I did very well I guess I’ll find out soon but honestly I think you should brush up on cognitive skills before you play the games like try some mind teaser

- what do you do if an employee is underperforming
First level interview is with HR to make sure the role is suitable and then 2nd level will be with hiring manager. It is a smooth process and HR are friendly. Hiring manager asked all relatable questions with the works. Overall experience are pleasing and everyone are friendly.
It was an above average interview asked situational questions about leadership the company and yourself prepare well no why you want you to leave what the company is all about in the industry itself
