Phone screen interview It was a normal and expected interview process that I've been throught. All the questions that I've been asked pretty much were same that in the post questions in the glassdoor,like what do you think about the position,how do u contribute the company,where do you see yourself in 5 years, what was the most difficult stiuation in your last or current positions and how did you over come ..etc From my feel, rather than answering all this questions in basic way , as a candidate you supposed to questions to positions , company itself would be much more impressive
