Interview process took some time (approx 2-3 months) but this was also because I interviewed with different locations. Overall, each locations interviewing process took roughly 3 weeks from interview 1 to interview 3. The lifestyle of the company is built on athletics, so everyone who interviewed me was wearing Under Armour...head to toe. They are looking for passion in the brand. If you know Under Armour's history, and have a defined passion for the company, the rest of the interview should be easy...it was for me. Great benefits package...flexible pay...flexible hours...great environment...great product...overall great brand.
