Phone interview with HR and then was brought onsite. Phone interview was pretty typical. "What do you know about Kronos?, Why do you want to work here?, etc.? Onsite Interviewed consisted of three separate one on one interviews with various people from the procurement department. Was a good experience not a very tough interview. Highly recommend Kronos to others
