It was a 4 round process and took around 1 week or so. I applied online.
1 Aptitude Test - It was a very difficult test as it is not the regular aptitude test but involved a lot of other questions you dont encounter in a apti test like shapes manipulation , etc. It was a adaptive test.
2 Interview 1 - It was a very nice experience in this round. I was asked a few puzzles and a question was asked as to how to make test cases of a given problem which was easy. Was asked about my volunteer work.
3 Interview 2 - It was the most difficult phase of my process. The interviewer was very friendly but asked some tough questions. He asked me all my technical subjects including electronics and value added subjects I have completed in my college degree. The all the subjects were written and he grilled me about each subject. Please have basic knowledge about each subject including Normalisation, OOPS , Java Functions , TCP/IP , Unix Commands , Multi Tenancy(Cloud Computing) etc. He also asked about SDLC and Bug/Defect. Projects done in college matter a lot. Be sure to be 100% on what you have developed.
4 Interview 3 - It was a interview which was also tough. Interviewer asked me on each aspect of my CV which was written. He asked me about certification(if any) you have in Testing. He was polite. He asked me about my background and took a in depth review of my projects.
Overall it was the best interview experience till date.
