4 separate interviews by 4 different members of Ultimate Software. First interview was for a position in which I was applying for. This hiring manager felt I was more suited for another position, and recommended me for a different job than what I was applying for. (Thank goodness for this level of insight, I love the job I was recommended for)

The questions were structured similar to a college exam, and didn't seem to apply to the practical side of the position. For example, how does the internet work? What is https? Is MongoDB a good way to store data? The questions were somewhat relevant, but I did not have a good opportunity to present my skills as the interviewer seemed to be looking for specific textbook answers.

Interviewed with a recruiter and it was mostly behavioral. Overall process involves an interview with a recruiter, a predictive behavioral assessment, and then a super day at the company HQ.
