My aunt recommended me, but they had already taken down the posting by the time I had done my research. However, because of her connection to the supervisor, I was granted a Telephone interview. It lasted 20 minutes, it had been delayed and postponed several times so by the time I actually spoke to the recruiter I was a bit anxious. She said the next step was three more interviews. When no one had contacted me for a week I reached out to her again and was told they selected someone else with experience specific to that role.

The process was very efficient. The recruiter contacted me a few days after I applied online. I completed an assessment that evening. She contacted me the next morning to tell me I did well on the assessment and that I would have a phone interview the next day. That 30 minute interview went well and over the time. The recruiter then contacted me the next day to schedule an in person interview with me the next week. That went well and over the allotted hour. I then was contacted the next day by my recruiter advising there was 1 more phone interview the next day. That 3rd interview went extremely well and over the allotted time like the others before. The recruiter then called and made me an offer within a few days. The whole process was no more than 2 weeks. I was thoroughly impressed and they gave me a few days to weigh my options.
