Overall process took 4 weeks from start to offer. Had 2 interviews and waited a week for the offer. Most questions about situations with people and how you have reacted in the past. A lot of questions are not so much about software or knowledge but how you are with people. Also how you react in many very challenging situations. Very unique questions I have not had before.

There is a three-step interview process, with the final one being a presentation. They make you feel like you have a shot at getting a job. However, I never heard back. I was "ghosted" despite having the qualifications. Looking at previous interview experiences posted by others, it looks like this is becoming the norm with this company.

Was hard, asked a lot of questions that didn't exactly match the job description. They definitely exaggerated and downplayed some stuff. HR person was friendly, but the process is supposedly like 3 interviews. Made me kinda depressed and hopeless cause I'm tryna leave a horrible job.
