Process included three interviews-First Round was a get to know you round, second included a presentation that included a PowerPoint and the third was an interview with the director. First and third round were pretty standard in terms of questions and expectations. The second round which included a presentation definitley took a significant amount of time to prepare for.

I was ghosted after completing six rounds of interviews and a 'homework assignment' that took about 10 hours. Of all the companies I interviewed with last year, this was by far the most horrible and demoralizing experience. Shortly after, I was hired by a wonderful company that actually seemed to care about their candidate experience. But I tell everyone who will listen not to apply here, unless you enjoy putting dozens of hours into a process that won't even give you the courtesy of a canned rejection email.
