Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Tyler Technologies (Dayton, OH) en oct 2018
Entrevista
Phone interview, followed by video interview and additional panel video interview. One thing that was made clear to me during the video interview was that they expect tasks to get done, whether it takes a 40-hour work week or a 60-hour work week. They are also looking to hire "A-list people, who want to work with other A-list people". Another (paraphrased) quote from the interview that stood out to me: "I trust people to get the job done, but as soon as I can't do that, I send them packing." Not a bad interview, but several hints at a results-centered work culture that are off-putting, even to someone confident in their abilities.

You'll experience a Round Robin style interview with 3-4 members of the leadership team. You will be asked various questions to determine if you are a good fit for the role.

Was hard, asked a lot of questions that didn't exactly match the job description. They definitely exaggerated and downplayed some stuff. HR person was friendly, but the process is supposedly like 3 interviews. Made me kinda depressed and hopeless cause I'm tryna leave a horrible job.

There is a three-step interview process, with the final one being a presentation. They make you feel like you have a shot at getting a job. However, I never heard back. I was "ghosted" despite having the qualifications. Looking at previous interview experiences posted by others, it looks like this is becoming the norm with this company.
