I was contacted 3 times for 3 different roles in an one year period. And ghosted 3 times. That was rude, but what I found worst was when they wanted me to rewrite my resume including requirements their client wanted to see and they said it was normal procedure. It got me thinking if the resumes they sent to clients are accurate or not. And at the technical interview the peer said the client was terrible to work with and I'd have to speak louder than them to be heard. I didn't want to continue that process after hearing that.

I’ve received a message on LinkedIn from a recruiter and set up an interview. The interview went well however important details were not mentioned by the recruiter. I was set up a call with the client which went great but got me wondering why I was selected for this position as it seemed slightly different from what I do. I’ve received more questions from the client by email so I thought I was going to get in. After that I haven’t received any feedback from the recruiter so after a week I’ve reached out and he ghosted me. This is prehistoric. Decent companies don’t ghost candidates, especially with a terrific background of experience. How unfortunate…
