Very simple, what you do in customer service. Ask what do in situational cases. They made an emphasis on making sure the customer is always satisfied. Overall very smooth and easy cannot complain.

Very friendly and straight forward process. I was contacted by HR after applying online on Indeed, and after a short phone interview, I was scheduled to have an in-person interview with the store manager.

Quick and easy. They asked situational questions and some stuff about your experience. Just make sure they know your availability and if you want or don't want a specific role (they offered me the Replenisher role too).
