Quick and friendly. They oversell you a bit on hours and how quickly you move up. Gate keep servers unless you’re hired directly as one. The management is good and understanding of availability.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.
