2 in-person interviews; one with the Host/Server Manager and another with the General Manager. The interview was 10 minutes, and the questions were simple, i.e. Why do you want to work at The Cheesecake Factory.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.
