Sit with the manager, and then go through training. The manager is a bit arrogant. He spent his first twenty minutes talking about how he argued with the parking security guy because he ticketed his car for being in an illegal space, and now apparently the parking guy is scared of him. Just say oh, and wow, make him feel a bit special and he'll send you off to training.

Short and immediately hired. I will say they hire based mainly on recommendations from other employees. But the interview was good and I was explained everything that would be needed from me (licenses, food cards, etc) and they love open availability on the weekends.

The interviewer was nice, and the interview was fairly straightforward. Not too many questions were asked. The environment was nice, and the workers seemed happy to be there. Really great experience.
informal chat, getting to know you, one round. I would say that it is more about knowing your personality but of course you are also tested practically too. For instance, can you work under pressure, can you work well with other people - the stuff that shows your personality more so than grades.
