They host open interviews on specific days of the week. Go in, check in at the front desk write your name down and wait to be called. If you’re applying for the front desk dress like it, all black neat appearance and be friendly. If they like you they’ll call you in again. In my case I think some wires were crossed in that I had 3 or 4 additional in person interviews after my initial open interview. After that you know if you get the job by then calling or you inquiring (I was annoying and called a few times since my process was drawn out)

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.

3 interviews, first 2 pretty much just about availability, last one was more scenario questions such as what you would do if you noticed a guest wasn't having a good experience and how to better it. Also asked about past work history, specifically if you've worked in retail or fast food/a restaurant before
