Hired on the spot. Interview was fast and easy, did not have to give references and was trading the next day. Had to give brief experience overview and did paperwork in the office and was good to go. I applied online and called the restaurant to follow up initially and was granted a interview.

You initially interview with an assistant manager or something. It is a rather easy interview but then they say they will get back to you about setting up a second interview and they never do. Felt like the were giving me the run-around. Not professional.

Very easy interview process. I sat down with one of the shift managers and we went over job duties, my experience and availability. They mostly ask about reliability and availability.

Also asked about past work history, specifically if you've worked in retail or fast food/a restaurant before
