The interview process was a three round interview process. The first round was with the recruiter that reached out to me, followed by the direct supervisor I was going to work with and finally with the HR director and head for the third round. They were all very welcoming and made the process quick and easy.

If you we’re in a situation where you had to make a difficult decision on the spot and there were no managers or supervisors available to help you, would you make the decision and live by your choice or wait until you can confirm the correct decision with a supervisor?
