The interview process was conducted at the Techint Office in Thane. It included the candidates a technical test which included MCQs. after the test, the candidates were introduced to the company and its values by the HR and the Engineering Director while the tests were being graded. After the introduction, the test results were declared and the selected candidates were asked to wait back. The selected candidates were called for 2 interviews, one Technical and the other as a General behavioral interview. The results were declared in 2 days after that day.
