Everything with interviewing at Target is Situation, Behavior, Outcome. As a certified interviewer for Target myself, I was aware of this going in. This style of interviewing makes for a somewhat stuffy and predictable interaction that doesn't do a lot to differentiate candidates.

3-4 Rounds of Interviews; 1.) Talent Acquisition (External Hire Only), 2.) Assets Protection Director and District Store Director, 3.) Sr. Assets Protection Director, 4.) Vice President Assets Protection. Interviews can be in person or phone/conference call, depending on interviewers availability
