I have spoken to a specific manager in the Southeast a few times for open roles on her team over the years, and while she is polite and nice when you chat with her. she is MIA, doesn't respond to emails, and doesn't value her candidates time. They only care about what agencies you recently worked with, not what value, strategy, and dedication you can bring to the table. Very short sighted in hiring talent.
