Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Slack (Toronto, ON) en mar 2019
Entrevista
The whole recruitment process at Slack was wonderful. The recruiter I worked with was communicative and always kept me in the loop of next steps, even if there were delays due to people being away, etc. I first had an initial screening call with the recruiter, which was quickly followed by a 1:1 phone interview with the hiring manager. There was a bit of a wait until I heard I was moving forward to the next and final round, which was the presentation to the panel and 4x 1:1 interviews in succession. The presentation was honestly a lot of work to get it ready and you really had to know what you were presenting inside and out, but definitely see the value in having candidates go through it. Everyone I spoke to during the interview process was very friendly and it's clear that Slack values the corporate culture and its employees a lot. Overall, I'd say it was an intense interview process but everyone was so nice and passionate about the company that it made it enjoyable.

Describe how you imagine your first 30 days at Slack would be like?
Relatively good interview process - but took way to long to respond even after many rounds of interviews. Went through an initial HR interview, then another stakeholder interview with a sr PM, and then another with a group PM.

General style that asked about experience working with developers.
Efficient and informative interview process. Grateful for the opportunity to interview and enjoyed the process as they answered all my questions and addressed all comments and concerns I had about the position.
The interview process was fairly efficient- I spoke to a recruiter then a member of the Product Team. They gave me an overview of the job description and the interview process.
