I had 2 interviews after applied through agent. 1 is phone screen with HR, another is "informal" interview with hiring manager. According to them, they have 2 informal interviews and 3 formal interviews, so 5 in total. After I've got positive feedback from 2nd round and told me to move to formal interview, they suddenly stopped the process because they had not got internal approval for the headcount. What on Earth was that?? I contacted my agent 2 weeks later to ask the progress and he told me that they are in the process of hiring someone so I need to wait.. however, I saw Slack re-posted this position just a day before I asked the progress so it's strange. After that, I've heard from other agent that some agent stopped introducing Slack's position because of their reputation from employee. It could be because of this but I've waisted entire time and I feel it's very unprofessional.
