Initial phone screen was performed by current program fellow, which I passed and was then invited for a panel interview. The panel interview was tough, I presented a 10-minute review of my doctoral work, which was followed by 30 minutes of behavioral questions. The panel told me that if I was selected for the next round, I'd speak to Sanofi's national medical affairs director before being offered a position. I was not selected to proceed due to my inexperience in running clinical trials compared to other candidates.
