Very poor. HR invited me for interview. I waited for quite some time. That’s fine. Interview completed. No rejection email no nothing. That was so unprofessional. Respect people’s time to come over your facility which was under construction. The least thing you can do is provide a rejection email or notice that the application will not progress. So unprofessional recruitment process.
