Entrevista
Initial call was with Talent Acquisition to ask about very general questions (salary expectations, background, why you are applying)
Interview involved 1:1 zoom meetings with about 8 people. The questions were standard but good. Prepare for behavioral questions and be clear about the job description.

Applied online without a referral. Had an initial screening call with a recruiter about a month later. The recruiter did not disclose anything about the role (other than what the JD mentioned, no names of the hiring manager etc). 2 weeks later, had a virtual meeting with the HM and then 2 weeks later had a full day onsite visit (1 hr presentation, panel interviews and 1:1).

Mostly the interviewers were assessing your skills and background to fit the JD and the role. Everyone was super friendly and engaging
The structured interview journey began with online application review, proceeded through recruiter screening, technical assessment, case challenge, panel interviews, concluding with cultural fit discussion, feedback session, and final decision notification.
The recruiter was friendly and easygoing, but the interview process was the opposite. Met with a recruiter about 4 months ago and was told that I would hear back in two weeks. Two and a half weeks later, I reach out to the recruiter only to find out the hiring manager is on vacation for two weeks. It is weird you would go on vacation when you are looking to hire 'quickly'. However, I think this is just a phrase recruiters use to delay. Three weeks after that, I follow up with an email and get a "you are still in the running and the hiring manager is very impressed with your skill set, we will follow up soon" email. I give it another 2 and half weeks before I send out another follow up email. This time, I hear nothing back and just call it quits. I know you are a 'large pharma', but at least move my application to the denied pile rather than dragging things out.
