The interview questions were irrelevant to the job. “What would you do in this situation” type questions. Nothing that reflects you or your skills and knowledge. Very hard to answer some of the questions especially when they’re reading them from a sheet and scoring you in front of you. Feels more like an exam than an interview to review your skills and competency for the job.
