Entrevista
Telephone interview of about 15 minutes. Quite common, tipical questions about your experience, why this job, why salesforce and how your qualifications match to this role.
They give you 5 days to preparate it after sending you an email.

Entrevista
I applied online and about a week later I was emailed to schedule a phone screen with a recruiter. This was a very aggressive conversation with a lot of excessive prodding in my background.
About 2 weeks later my phone buzzed and I was caught off guard spontaneously by a recruiter cold calling me who then went on for the next 20 minutes going on and on about what to expect for my coming interview that was going to happen tomorrow. It was a pleasant enough conversation, but it was really pointless if I am being honest.
Interview day comes, and it's a generic interview. Nothing special, and I feel good after finishing up. I send an email to the recruiter who cold-called me thanking him, and get a response 15 minutes later with a case study. Thankfully, I was smart enough not to spent time on a case study without having a set interview time - otherwise, I would have wasted likely several hours on it! The lack of communication and ghosting that they have demonstrated proves once again that Salesforce does not care about their employees.
It is a lack of respect and a lack of consideration. Imagine if someone had spent several hours on the case study? It is clear that Salesforce has no appreciation for the recruitment process and views candidates as wage slaves.
SHAME ON YOU!
