Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) en jun 2018
Entrevista
The process took a little longer for me than usual due to scheduling conflicts with their presidents club and end of quarter, but the recruiting team worked very hard to keep the lines of communication open and making me aware of where I stood in the process. The energy at HQ was amazing and it honestly gave me an extra boost of confidence heading into these meetings. Even one of the facilities guys wished me luck on the interview. Everyone I interviewed with from the managers to VP's were very attentive, and they did their research on me. I felt like the majority of the interview centered around was I a good fit for the culture of the company/the team I'd be working in.
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
